We have a fantastic opportunity for Quality Control Auditor in Glasgow.
As a Quality Control Auditor, you\’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards across our claims handling processes, with a particular focus on leakage, compliance, and customer outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be auditing claim files to ensure they align with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and FCA guidelines.
You\’ll review case files for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to best practices-identifying trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. When issues arise, you\’ll use your technical knowledge and confident communication skills to challenge decisions and support corrective actions.
A key part of your role involves liaising with contractors and internal stakeholders to clarify file content, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that all parties are aligned on expectations and outcomes.
