The role: We are looking for a Chef de Rang to assist the Restaurant team with ensuring the smooth running of The Vineyard Restaurant, while providing a warm and professional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient service of a section in the restaurant.
  • Ensure guests are served in a professional, courteous and informative way.
  • Being confident and having a strong understanding of our food and beverage offering.
  • Together with the restaurant team be responsible for the preparation and set up of the restaurant, checking tasks and monitoring preparation for service.
  • Be able to manage private events when needed.
  • Ensuring all opening and closing duties are adhered to.
  • Be available to assist in other departments when other duties permit.
