Enthusiastic bar staff required to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.
Responsibilities:
- Taking beverage orders from customers and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail.
- Satisfying customer requests in a timely and attentive manner.
- Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations.
- Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons.
- Collecting payment for drinks served and using the till system to process change.
- Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers.
- Keeping a well stocked bar and cleaning and tidying customer and bar area to maintain a sanitary environment.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be over the age of 18 with proof of right to work.
- Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential - full training provided.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Reliable, good timekeeper required.
- References from previous employers.
Flexible shifts: Monday to Sunday between the hours of 11:30am and 2am.
Hourly rate: Above NM Wage. Weekly paid, 100% of tips kept, no shared pooling. Must be available to work weekends and Bank Holidays over the festive period.
