Multi Award Winning, The Vincent Hotel and Spa located in Southport are recruiting for an Executive Housekeeping Manager (10 months Maternity cover).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the rooms and the public areas are cleaned to the highest level.
- Manage the housekeeping team.
- Meet and greet the guests.
- Oversee the stock management.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established protocols.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Provide training and development for housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
