We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for up to 4 sessions per week, covering Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays. Our well‑established, patient‑centred practice cares for approximately 8,700 patients and is committed to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to the local community. Main duties of the job
- The post holder will be expected to undertake the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
- We offer structured clinics of 13 patients, allocating 15 minute appointment slots which can be a mixture of face to face and telephone consultations.
- You will be supported by a highly skilled nursing team and a knowledgeable management and admin team.
- We also have an FCP, mental health practitioners, clinical pharmacists and social prescribers associated with the practice.

Job responsibilities
- Undertake routine and on the day consultations, including face to face and telephone as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely and comprehensive clinical records.
- Action correspondence, clinical letters and test results.
- Refer patients to other organisations where clinically indicated.
- Prescribe safely and effectively in line with national and local guidelines.
- Contribute to the delivery of QOF and local beyond core contract targets.
- Contribute to the delivery of PCN priorities, service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in clinical meetings, significant event reviews and governance activities.

- Clear Enhanced DBS check
- Registered with License to practice with General Medical Council
- Experience of working with EMIS
