The Village School is seeking a Deputy Headteacher to lead Inclusion, Safeguarding & Culture from the Senior Leadership Team.
The post holder will be the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead and drive strategic safeguarding, attendance and wellbeing across the campus.
This role requires substantial SEND leadership experience, QTS, and proven ability to lead multi-agency working, attendance initiatives and whole-school culture & behaviour improvements.
