Due to our continued growth and success we are looking for a Stores Operative to join our Supply Chain team in Wrexham (LL13 9UG).

Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries of ingredients, packaging and other materials
- Inspecting goods for quality, damage and correct documentation
- Storing materials accurately within designated warehouse locations
- Maintaining stock accuracy through stock counts and system updates
- Ensuring correct FIFO (First In First Out) stock rotation and traceability
- Picking and issuing materials to production lines in line with daily production plans
- Supporting internal movements of stock across ambient and chilled storage areas
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Following all Food Safety, GMP and site standards
- Working closely with Production, Technical and Supply Chain teams to support operational requirements
Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse, stores or logistics role, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
- Understanding of stock rotation and basic inventory control
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Forklift Truck (FLT) licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
- Experience using warehouse management or stock control systems
- Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP or HACCP environments
- Experience within bakery or chilled food manufacturing
