What would you be doing?
As a Shift Engineer, you will contribute directly to our vision through your core tasks and responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring a safe environment for those working in or visiting our manufacturing facilities
- Delivering proactive, planned-preventative engineering maintenance to meet capacity and efficiency targets
- Providing reactive engineering maintenance to minimize machine downtime
- Identifying and implementing engineering changes and continuous improvement projects to maximize plant efficiencies and energy use
- Supporting the introduction of new equipment to our production facilities as part of our innovation drive
- Building effective relationships and communicating clearly with stakeholders, managing expectations as needed
- Engaging in continuous professional development through industry-specific training
- Working with our technical team to ensure audit readiness
- Collaborating with our projects engineering team
Hours of work are continental 12.25-hour shifts on a rotating days/nights basis – 5:45 to 6:00.

- Experience in a similar engineering role
- Qualified electrically or mechanically (or time served) with demonstrable multi-skilled engineering experience
