ROLE PURPOSE
As the Partnership and Sponsorship Manager, you will lead business development and commercial activity across the organisation. You will work closely with Events, Food & Beverage, Photo, Retail and Marketing teams to maximise revenue opportunities. Your key objectives will include generating income through securing high-value sponsorship and partnership agreements, developing brand, retail and event partnerships, driving proactive sales initiatives, and building and maintaining strong commercial relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnerships and Sponsorships
Lead and own all partnership and sponsorship activities and delivery across the entire business, including Food & Beverage, Retail, Photo, Events and Brand Partnerships, ensuring alignment with commercial and guest experience objectives. Identify, negotiate, develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective partners and sponsors to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes that drive revenue, reduce costs, add value and enhance the guest experience. Manage, review and oversee all contractual agreements relating to partnership and sponsorship activity, ensuring commercial, legal and brand compliance across all business areas. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure all partnership and sponsorship deals are fully integrated into major project plans, with clear deadlines, roles, responsibilities, client expectations and agreed budgets. Develop and maintain a clear framework for partner identification and asset mapping. Produce high-quality briefing presentations and documentation for key stakeholders, clearly communicating strategy, activation plans and guidance on delivering against partner expectations. Partner closely with Operations and Facilities teams to ensure all partnership and sponsorship projects are delivered in line with building regulations, health and safety requirements and operational best practice. Oversee events sales activity to drive incremental revenue through partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring growth does not negatively impact core ticket sales or secondary spend. - Financial Management and Control
Manage the sponsorship and partnership expenditure budget required to achieve the necessary objectives and maintain accurate reports. Produce accurate and timely financial reports detailing sponsorship and partnership income, pipeline forecasts, added value, cost savings on a regular basis and when necessary. Work closely with finance to ensure clients are invoiced on time and payments are received by the agreed deadline. Produce full P&L’s before undertaking any activity, and again once the activity has concluded, in order to ensure and measure profitability. Work closely with the Finance department to ensure all accounts finances are up to date and events are paid on time. - Team Management and Collaboration
Line management responsibility for the Events and Sales Manager, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the team meets its objectives. Collaborate closely with the F&B, Photo, Retail and Marketing teams to align commercial activities and maximise revenue opportunities.
