The Victory Primary School in Portsmouth wishes to appoint a qualified SENCO, or someone willing to undertake the qualification, to lead and manage support for pupils with SEND. They will be a key member of the team with no regular teaching responsibilities.
Together with Learning Support Assistants and pastoral staff, the SENCO will work to secure high-quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning for all pupils, particularly those on the SEND register.
