We are pleased to introduce anew role, Behaviour Support Coordinator, responsible forcoordinating the day-to-day implementation of the Academy’s Behaviour Policyand systems.
Our Behaviour Support Coordinator will promote and enforce standards around attendance, behaviour andprogress so that each student can Belong and Achieve.
The successful candidate will work directly with SLT, Heads of Year, Safeguarding, Attendance, Wellbeing Teams and Pastoral Support Assistants tomonitor and improve student engagement and involvement in lessons.
You will be a role model of the Victory Virtues and Values for staff and students, promoting positive values, attitudes and good student behaviour including addressing students whosebehaviour does not meet the expectations within the Behaviour Policy.
