The Victory Academy in Scotland invites applications for a Behaviour Support Coordinator who will coordinate the day-to-day implementation of the Academy’s Behaviour Policy and systems. This role works closely with SLT, Heads of Year, Safeguarding, Attendance, Wellbeing Teams and Pastoral Support Assistants to monitor and improve student engagement and attendance, promote positive values, and model the Victory Virtues and Values for staff and students.
