We are looking for a General Manager for The Victoria - a much-loved local situated on the high street in Surbiton. This pub is recently refurbished and is the perfect example of a traditional pub with plenty of modern twists - from the menu to the design. Think wingback chairs, snug rooms, dining areas, and a back garden complete with fire pits, stoves, bookable huts, and its own bar.
The perfect candidate fits this style - a modern pub landlord who is a real people person and passionate about getting to know the community and ensuring an excellent guest experience. They have an entrepreneurial streak and have experience running a premium pub with a fresh food offer.
