We have fantastic opportunities for motivated and hard-working Maintenance Manager to join our dedicated team at the Victoria Hotel, Chadderton to deliver a high standard of maintenance and care providing a memorable experience to our guests and external customer.

The Victoria Hotel is a 92-Bedroom hotel and our main event facility is the Elizabeth with two additional function suite, a bar and Restaurant

As Maintenance Manager, you will be required to;

• Conduct general Hotel maintenance inside and out.
• Have a basic knowledge of Gardening, Painting & Decorating skills.
• Work on your own initiative.
• Communicate effectively with both the public and work colleagues.
• Be fully familiar with all Health and Safety instructions relevant to your area of work.
• Adhere to all current legislation pertaining to fire, health and safety regarding the work place.
• Knowledge of Plumbing

The successful candidate will have proven experience working within a similar field . You must also have a keen attention to detail and the ability to take initiative when tackling problems.
