Training and Events Administrator A great opportunity has arisen to join our Training Administration Team, as a Training & Events Administrator. You would report into the Training & Events Manager, providing administrative support to the Training Team with the delivery of non-clinical training and production of new courses and products to ensure the smooth running of business area. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the provision of training events and courses for members including emailing course material Diary management Proof reading Administration of the online learning platform Scheduling and sending reminders, surveys and pre work to delegates Creating, maintaining and updating resources for training in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Team Attending training team and business meetings, producing action point notes from these meetings including preparation and circulation of reports, proposals and emails for discussion Creating reports for internal departments and external companies Administration of zoom You ideally will have the following skills: Excellent organisational skills Good communication skills with a variety of people and stakeholders. Good time and task management Intermediate use of Microsoft office-word, excel, PowerPoint Excellent proof reading Detailed focused and ability to proofread own material Additional Desirable Skills Experience in a medical or veterinary environment Past experience of working remotely Diary Management Additionally, you will also have experience of: Working in a professional organisation Handling lots of data in Microsoft Excel Writing minutes and reports Setting up meetings in Zoom and/or other online hosting platforms Our values are important to us (Integrity, Passion, Excellence, Dependability, Mutuality, and Teamwork) and so are our behaviours.
