The Veterinary Defence Society is seeking an organised and customer focused Operational Administrator to join our Claims Operations Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for members seeking claims advice and support, helping to deliver an exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of a claim.

You will also support policy administration activities, including new business enquiries, renewals and policy changes.
