Are you numerate and have attention to detail? Great organisational and communication skills? This could be the ideal role for you! A great new opportunity has arisen to join our Finance Team. You will report to the Management Accountant and be responsible for the Purchase / Sales Ledger function and supporting the finance department so we can effectively serve our members.
The Accounts Assistant's Key Tasks:
- Purchase ledger processing
- Sales ledger processing
- Collate and organise payment runs
- Payment allocation
- Claims payment processing
- Credit control
- Other Administration tasks as required
- Handling Accounts Queries
- Statement Reconciliations
- Liaising with other departments on the phone and via Teams
- Check Accounts emails inbox and action any correspondence
- Filing and other ad hoc duties as and when required
Good general IT skills and a working understanding of Excel.
