Our client is seeking experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons to join a newly developed purpose‑built practice opening in the Feltham, Ashford, and Sunbury area. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a brand‑new surgery from day one, working alongside the Head Vet to establish clinical standards, team culture, and exceptional patient care within a modern and supportive environment. The role offers the chance to work in a state‑of‑the‑art hospital designed around both patient wellbeing and colleague experience, featuring multiple consult rooms, dedicated surgical and imaging suites, and advanced diagnostic equipment. You will play an important role in building strong client relationships, mentoring support staff, and contributing to the long‑term growth and success of the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Providing first‑opinion consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
- Performing routine and advanced surgical procedures
- Delivering preventative healthcare and promoting long‑term patient wellbeing
- Supporting and mentoring veterinary nurses and junior team members
- Contributing to clinical governance and maintaining high standards of care
Qualifications:
- Veterinary degree eligible for registration in the United Kingdom
- Minimum of three years’ experience within small animal practice

- Confidence in general practice medicine and surgery
