Our client is seeking an experienced Head Vet to lead a brand-new purpose-built veterinary surgery from its opening day. This is a rare opportunity to take full clinical ownership of a new practice, shape the culture and clinical standards, and build a high-performing veterinary team within one of the UK’s largest independent veterinary groups.
The role combines hands-on first-opinion veterinary work with genuine leadership responsibility, offering the chance to influence how the practice develops from the ground up. You will work within a modern and well-equipped environment focused on patient wellbeing, colleague support, and delivering exceptional veterinary care to the local community.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring the clinical team within the new surgery

Qualifications
