Our client is seeking a Small Animal Vet Surgeon to step into a leadership-focused role within a well-established first opinion practice. This position offers the opportunity to combine clinical work with team leadership, supporting the ongoing growth and development of both the practice and its veterinary team. This role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who is confident in both surgery and consultations and is keen to take on additional responsibility. You will play a key part in guiding the team, influencing clinical standards, and contributing to the overall direction of the practice while maintaining a balanced clinical caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting the veterinary team in day-to-day clinical work
  • Managing a mix of consultations and surgical procedures
