Join our clients friendly team in a modern practice with an excellent local reputation! This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients busy small-animal RCVS Nurse Training practice based in Dorset. They are a friendly team that includes one full time vet, one weekend vet (long term locum), two RVNs, one student nurse and three reception colleagues.
You’ll work in a modern, air‑conditioned and purpose‑built practice with state‑of‑the‑art equipment including digital x‑ray, portable ultrasound, VetAir dental machine, capnograph & pulse oximetry, Doppler BP, high spec microscope and Idexx in‑house laboratory. If you’re looking for great support, you’ll find it here. They offer varied CPD that helps you quickly build your skills and study for certificates.
Due to a varied caseload, you’ll need solid experience as a vet with good general surgical and medical skills. Whether you join on a full‑time or part‑time basis, you’ll need to work a weekend rota but this won’t be expected until Spring 2022. There’s no OOH work required either, so the role is particularly supportive when it comes to your work/life balance.
