Our client is seeking a Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a warm and supportive mixed practice team. This opportunity is well suited to a veterinarian with good initial experience in routine consultations and surgery, although a confident new graduate with the right mindset and enthusiasm for development would also be considered.
The role offers flexible full-time or part-time options, exposure to a varied small animal caseload, and the chance to work alongside a helpful clinical and nursing team. With comprehensive diagnostic equipment, regular specialist input, and strong day‑to‑day support, this position provides an excellent setting for continued growth in both consulting and surgical skills.
Qualifications Needed- RCVS‑registered Veterinary Surgeon or eligibility to register
- Confidence with routine consultations and general surgical procedures
- New graduate applicants considered with the right experience and attitude
- Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues, and support staff
- Positive approach to teamwork, learning, and high‑quality patient care
- Flexible full‑time or part‑time working options available
- Monday to Friday working pattern with 1:4 Saturday mornings
