Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Small Animal Vet Surgeon with at least three years of clinical experience to join an established first-opinion setting in London. The role offers genuine clinical autonomy across consultations, surgery and ongoing case management, supported by digital radiography, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory and multiparameter monitoring.

The position is available on a full-time four-day week, with part-time applications also welcomed. A 1 in 6 weekend rotation forms part of the rota at a nearby 24-hour hospital, while the successful candidate will otherwise benefit from a supportive multi-vet team and the freedom to manage cases independently.

Qualifications Needed:

  • MRCVS registration with at least three years of clinical experience
  • Confidence managing routine consultations, surgery and treatment planning
  • Strong commitment to high standards of patient and client care
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
  • Interest in continued clinical development and certificate progression

Package:

  • Four-day full-time working week with part-time applications considered
