Our client is seeking a confident and driven Senior Small Animal Vet Surgeon to step into a sole-charge general practice position within a well-established first-opinion environment. This role is ideally suited to a clinician who enjoys autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to positively influence both clinical standards and team development.

The position combines hands-on clinical work with senior oversight, offering responsibility across consultations, routine surgery, and day-to-day decision-making.
