Our client is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their well‑established, multi‑branch first opinion practice based in Stow‑on‑the‑Wold. This role offers excellent flexibility with part‑time options and varied caseload exposure across consultations, surgery, and branch work in a supportive and collaborative environment. This position is ideal for an experienced veterinarian looking for flexible working patterns while maintaining exposure to a diverse caseload.
You will work within a large, experienced team across a modern, well‑equipped main site and several nearby branch practices, allowing you to develop your clinical skills while enjoying strong team support.
Responsibilities- Providing consultations and preventative care for companion animals
- Managing medical cases and performing diagnostic investigations
- Carrying out routine and emergency surgical procedures
- Supporting inpatient care and case workups
- Working across main site and branch practices as required
- Collaborating with veterinary nurses and support staff
- Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent patient care
- Veterinary degree eligible for registration in England
- Minimum of 2 years’ small animal practice experience preferred
- Strong clinical and surgical skills
- Confidence managing a varied caseload

- Flexible part‑time options (1–2 days per week, mornings only, or Saturday‑only roles)
