Our client is seeking an RCVS-registered Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a busy, supportive small animal setting on a part-time 12-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity is ideal for a vet looking for a varied role that fits around personal commitments while still offering access to a diverse and rewarding caseload.
The position is focused on consultations and inpatient care, with optional surgical days available for those who wish to include routine procedures. With no out-of-hours and no sole charge, this role provides a balanced clinical environment supported by an experienced wider team.
Qualifications Needed- RCVS registration is required
- Comfortable with routine consultations and small animal patient care
- Confidence with routine surgery is useful for those wanting surgical days
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate client approach
- Able to work collaboratively within a supportive clinical team
- Part-time 20-hour weekly schedule
