Job Details:
Our client is a growing practice that values a relaxed, caring work environment and promotes a work-life balance with flexibility for individuals. They are ambitious in striving to provide the best for their patients, offering a professional service while continuing to grow and develop. They seek a new team member who shares this motivation, commitment to care, and forward-thinking attitude.
Ideally, they are looking for someone to take a full-time role but are open to discussing part-time hours. Some sole charge will be required, so confidence in this area is essential. Day-to-day activities consist of consults and surgery, with a flexible rota to accommodate the team's life commitments. Their diary is arranged to ensure that vets have the time and continuity needed to work up cases from start to finish to the high standard they pride themselves on.
The practice is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 6pm, with consults finishing in plenty of time for the team to leave on time. They are closed on Sundays, and no out-of-hours work will be required. They are looking for someone to be part of the Saturday rota.
The team consists of 2 vets, 2 RVNs, 2 SVNs, a VCA, and an experienced reception team led by their JVP, who has 23 years of experience in both mixed and small animal practice, with interests in cardiology and ultrasonography. Many team members have been with them for several years, creating a friendly, caring, and supportive atmosphere.
Package:
- Generous CPD allowance
- Fully funded visa sponsorship
- AXA private healthcare
- 5.5 weeks holiday
