Job Details: Our client based in west Yorkshire are looking for an additional veterinary surgeon to join their well established practice! You will be an integral part of a thriving, efficient and supportive practice with a highly skilled close-knit team of 19, including 5 Veterinary Surgeons, 3 RVNs, 4 SVNs, and 1 VCA. It’s also really important to our clients team that they have the work-life balance that is important to them as individuals and they are proud to have just been accredited as a ‘Gold accredited flexible working practice,’ by Flexee.
The positions offered is anywhere from 20 hours up to and including a maximum of 40 hour week, one in 4 Saturday’s (9-4pm) with no on call or OOH. They are happy to work with you to get the rota that works for you. The rota is currently completed up to the end of 2023, as they know planning and living your life is just as important as your vocation.
The successful candidate should have great communication and organisation skills and take pride in working to a high standard with patients, clients and team members. You will have an interest in and want to learn about the practice as a business as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals.
