Our Client are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team! This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. They want to ensure our colleagues get an excellent work/life balance and so they have no OOH and only require weekend cover for holidays which works out as 1 in 6 or 1 in 8. They are looking for a proactive Veterinary Surgeon with solid medical and surgical skills, for this role you will need a minimum of 2 years experience.
The key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the role, delivering excellent patient and client care. You’ll be a strong team player and have good communication skills with both your colleagues and clients. No two days are the same at this practice so you should enjoy the variety the role will bring.
You’ll be supported by our clients strong team of 3 vets, 3 nurses, 7 receptionists and a practice manager. Our clients well-equipped surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and you’ll get use of our x-ray, dental x-ray, multi-parameter, capnograph, v-gels, ultrasound, latest blood machines and DNA testing. They see a good variety of cases with a split of 40% dogs, 35% cats, 25% exotics, and a large amount of our loyal client base are insured.
