About The Scheme.
Are you ready to sprinkle some sparkle on your future career in Marketing? At The Very Group, we\'re on a mission to make our customer proposition shine brighter than ever. That\'s why we\'re looking for fresh talent to join our Marketing Team as part of an exclusive graduate intake, starting in September 2025.
Successful applicants will join the business on a 2-year graduate scheme, where you will gain exposure across both our Performance & Brand Marketing functions. You\'ll rotate between these functions every 12-months and will be involved in everything from organic growth (Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Content, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ) to influencer, Social Media and Brand campaigns.

Our graduate schemes are open to both graduates and master students who have graduated in the last 2 years.
If you have studied a specific Marketing degree such as: BA (Hons) Marketing Management, BA (Hons) Digital Marketing, BSc (Hons) Marketing with Psychology etc and are passionate about learning more, we want to see your application! Please note that the talent acquisition team are managing this vacancy directly, and if successful in securing this role, you will be required to undertake a credit, CIFAS, Right to Work checks and if a specific requirement of your role a DBS (criminal records) check. What happens next?
Following your application, our talent acquisition team will review your CV and be in touch if you\'ve been selected for the next stage of the process, so keep an eye on your emails!
You will then be invited to a video interview, where you will pre-record your answers to a number of questions and share with the talent team.
If successful at the interview stage, you will then attend a full-day assessment centre at our head office in Speke where you will take part in a group task in the morning with a final stage behavioural interview in the afternoon. The assessment centre is designed for us to assess your skills and behaviours, but also for you to learn more about working at Very and what we offer the families we serve.
