About The Team
The Supply and Operations team plays a key role in our Fashion, Sports, Home and Beauty retail product team helping to drive efficiencies in stock management and processes, ultimately ensuring that product is available to our customers when they want it.
About The Role
The Operations Lead is a vital link between our product teams, our warehouses and our logistics functions, ensuring stock can flow freely into our business and be available for our customers. Day to day, you will be responsible for issue resolution between internal teams and third parties. You will have regular communication with our warehouses, as well as product teams and logistics functions. Intake alignment is a key part of the Operations Lead role, both strategically and for our customers. You will be a central point to the operation, fixing problems with confidence and an ability to communicate clearly with all parties. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, loves problem-solving, and has a keen eye for detail. Your days will be varied based on business need, so the ability to think and act quickly is key.
