About the team

We're looking for two Merchandising Admin Assistants to support our Merchandising team. This is an exciting time to join our team, as the category is experiencing strong growth and continued investment. You'll be part of a dynamic environment focused on strengthening our product offering and enhancing the customer experience. About the role

  • Orderbook maintenance, ensuring intake dates are maintained, cancellations and rebuys actioned
  • Liaising with Ops team to progress inbound stock and ensure timely deliveries
  • Utilising forecasting app to provide forward forecasts for carryover lines
  • Generating routine reports for the category team, providing administrative support and data analysis as needed
  • Resolution of inbound stock queries – identifying errors in deliveries, colour, quantity and set up discrepancies
