Our Data team is at the heart of our transformation journey, enabling smarter decisions, better customer experiences and stronger business performance through trusted, accessible and high-quality data. We're building a modern, product-led approach to data, moving beyond traditional reporting to create data products that deliver measurable value across the organisation.

As a Lead Product Manager, you'll own the vision, strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of data products or a complex, high-impact data product area. You'll:

  • Influence senior stakeholders, balancing priorities, trade-offs and investment decisions.
  • Establish meaningful success measures, OKRs and adoption metrics to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure products are trusted, discoverable, governed and aligned to responsible data practices.
  • Drive product-led ways of working across the Data function, helping teams focus on outcomes rather than outputs.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data, analytics and AI to improve customer, colleague and business outcomes.

We're seeking an experienced product leader who combines strategic thinking with strong delivery focus and a passion for using data to solve real business problems. You’ll bring:

  • Significant experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex products, platforms or product portfolios.
  • Strong experience working with data products, analytics, reporting platforms or data services.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through to adoption, optimisation and retirement.
  • Strong prioritisation and problem-framing skills, with the ability to make evidence-based decisions in complex environments.
  • Extensive experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Good understanding of data governance, data quality, privacy and regulatory considerations.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and navigating competing priorities.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to connect product decisions to business performance and customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and create alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for building products that deliver measurable value.
  • Experience leading, coaching or mentoring others and helping teams adopt best practice product management approaches.
