Overview
In this senior role, you define the vision and strategy for onboarding, checkout and My Account to improve customer experience, drive conversion and revenue. You lead multiple teams toward a shared product direction, turning research and data into priorities. You’ll shape experimentation and AI opportunities to reduce effort and enhance digital journeys, working across Product, Tech, UX and Commercial functions. This is a high-impact role at a growing ecommerce business with a focus on measurable outcomes and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
- Set vision, strategy and measurable outcomes for onboarding, checkout and My Account
- Lead, coach and develop Product Leaders
- Translate customer research and commercial data into prioritized product work
- Embed experimentation, optimization and learning into decision-making
- Explore practical AI applications to improve digital experiences
- Align Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Commercial and Trading around shared outcomes
- Build investment cases and represent the portfolio to senior leadership
Key requirements
- Significant product leadership experience in a large ecommerce or digital business
- Experience leading and developing Product Owners
- Track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes
- Deep knowledge of digital customer journeys, conversion and ecommerce performance
- Experience with experimentation, optimization, personalisation and analytics
- Practical understanding of how AI can improve ecommerce or product development
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and create cross-team alignment
