About the role. The Brand Marketing team are looking for a new Strategy & Planning Executive to help supercharge our sparkle and elevate Very into a loved, household brand that is first-choice for our families. You will help deliver insights, contribute to strategy and creative optimisations, support with brand planning and act as a true brand guardian across our end-to-end customer comms. This role partners with our internal colleagues including the wider Brand Marketing team, Hello Studio and our Insights teams, as well as our external agencies across creative, media and brand tracking.
What you’ll be doing:
- Insights: Support with the delivery of competitor, brand and consumer insights to fuel our strategy and plans.
- Brand identity and creative: Partner with Hello Studio and our external agencies to manage our guidelines and elevate our creative across the end-to-end customer journey.
- Strategic initiatives: Support with the delivery of strategic projects across retail and FS.
- Planning: Manage critical paths and process for strategic projects and quarterly planning.
- Wider brand team support: Where required, support with the delivery of brand activations during peak moments.
About you. Two years’+ experience in a marketing role within retail or consumer marketing. Ability to understand and interpret data and insights. Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Confident and clear communicator who takes pride in high‑quality output. High attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, agile environment. Experience supporting cross‑functional marketing projects from brief through to delivery.
