The Very Group is seeking an experienced Head of Strategy to work with the CEO and Executive Committee to drive long-term growth and shareholder value. You’ll lead a team of Strategy Managers, shaping the Group’s five-year plan and translating priorities into actionable initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll blend customer insight, market analysis and commercial judgement to unlock opportunities, balance trade-offs and deliver sustainable performance.
