About the Role
As our Tenders, Contracts Implementation Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end tender and contract management process across the Vernacare Group.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will manage tender opportunities from identification through to submission and post-award handover, ensuring every response is compliant, commercially robust and submitted to the highest standard.
This is a highly visible role where you'll collaborate with teams across Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Sustainability and Finance to help drive continued business growth.
While this position is primarily remote, occasional travel to Vernacare locations and customer meetings will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full tender lifecycle from opportunity assessment to submission.
- Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of tender responses, framework applications and pricing proposals.
- Maintain a forward-looking tender, contract and framework pipeline.
- Coordinate cross-functional input from internal subject matter experts.
- Conduct compliance and quality reviews to ensure submissions meet customer requirements.
- Maintain tender governance, document control, approval records and audit trails.
