Shape The UK’s Green Skills Transition

We are looking for a Retrofit Consultant to lead advanced training and provide high-level advisory input across our retrofit programmes. • Contributing to project-specific consultancy with housing associations, local authorities, and contractors
  • Engaging with awarding bodies and accreditation partners to ensure content quality and relevance

What You’ll Bring

  • In-depth experience in domestic retrofit, ideally in PAS 2035 roles (Coordinator, Assessor, Designer)
  • Strong knowledge of retrofit standards and the wider policy and delivery landscape
  • Experience delivering training, mentoring, or technical guidance
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a range of audiences
  • Confidence working independently and contributing at a senior level
  • Play a senior role in a mission-driven, values-led organisation
  • Influence national green skills development and training standards
  • Work on your terms with flexible, part-time hours
  • Collaborate with a skilled and passionate team
  • Access CPD, events, and a supportive environment for growth
