Shape The UK’s Green Skills Transition
We are looking for a Retrofit Consultant to lead advanced training and provide high-level advisory input across our retrofit programmes. This flexible, part-time role is perfect for someone active in the sector—whether you’re a Retrofit Coordinator, Assessor, or Designer—who wants to support the next generation of professionals while influencing the national retrofit training landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading or co-delivering advanced PAS 2035-aligned training for professionals
- Acting as a subject matter expert on retrofit standards, roles, and best practice
- Advising on course design, CPD content, and compliance with PAS 2035, TrustMark, and industry guidance
- Supporting internal CPD and mentoring for trainers delivering higher-level content
- Contributing to project-specific consultancy with housing associations, local authorities, and contractors
- Engaging with awarding bodies and accreditation partners to ensure content quality and relevance
What You’ll Bring
- In-depth experience in domestic retrofit, ideally in PAS 2035 roles (Coordinator, Assessor, Designer)
- Strong knowledge of retrofit standards and the wider policy and delivery landscape
- Experience delivering training, mentoring, or technical guidance
