We’re looking for a Business Partnership Manager who shares our values and can lead the development of strategic, purposeful partnerships that extend our reach and maximise our impact across the sustainability and skills landscape.

This is more than a sales or business development role – it’s about building the relationships that turn climate ambition into action, and ensuring our training and consultancy offer delivers real-world impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build strategic relationships with employers, funders, local authorities, and education providers
  • Identify and convert opportunities to grow our reach and revenue
  • Represent The Verdancy Group at sector events and meetings, raising our profile and influence
  • Lead or support funding bids and commercial proposals
  • Contribute to contract development and partner negotiations
  • Work with delivery teams to shape offers that meet real demand
  • Track progress and partnerships through CRM and reporting tools
