We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join the team at Sedgebrook Hall. Room Attendant – The Role

  • Lead the delivery of clean, comfortable, and well‑presented guest bedrooms and public areas to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the venue team to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in line with company and brand guidelines.
  • Support operational planning for room turnovers, special events, and peak occupancy periods.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues and support the team in maintaining safe working practices.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in hospitality operations, housekeeping, or a similar customer‑focused environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for guest experience and service excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, reliable, and detail‑oriented approach to work.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
