We're currently recruiting a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to help ensure the smooth running of the operations and ensure we deliver the best guest experience possible. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. This role offers variable shifts with some evenings and weekend work required.

Our ideal Waiter/Waitress will:

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- Accurate handling of cash transactions and managing tabs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring physical activity.
- Ensuring accurate drink preparation, maintaining a clean bar, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Previous experience in a cocktail bar or restaurant environment is often preferred.
- Must be able to verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
