We're currently recruiting a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in The Venues. Based at the beautiful Hotel and Conference Centre, Kents Hill Park, located on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, yet within easy access to key road, rail and airport networks.
40 Hours a Week - Β£12.60 an Hour

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carry out routine maintenance requests as and when required as well as all planned
- Complete all paperwork correctly and follow all Health and Safety Legislation
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in PAT testing and recording all electrical equipment in accordance with Health & Safety Policy
- Support the Maintenance Manager in routine checks
- Complete all daily, weekly and monthly checks to comply with Fire Safety Regulations
- Complete all Water Safety checks
- Ensure all litter is removed from Hotel grounds
- Assist the Maintenance Manager to test and maintain Emergency Lighting System
- Action and complete any basic maintenance works such as plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical to ensure a safe and efficient system within the hotel
- Action any maintenance requests as required by the Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager & General Manager
