Nestled in Abingdon near Oxford and surrounded by 22 acres of tranquil parkland our hotel boasts stunning views making us a preferred choice for accommodation, conferences, weddings, corporate events, and more. With over 20 meeting rooms and 114 bedrooms, Restaurant and Bar, we also have a fantastic onsite leisure club. Overall Purpose of the Role: As our Junior Sous Chef you will work with the Head Chef and key stakeholders to deliver a consistent, compliant and profitable department in accordance with all Statutory Requirements, Company Policies and Health and Safety Procedures.
