We are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef, to work along with the Head Chef to maintain standards set by the Company Operating Standards, ensuring the Kitchen hygiene standards are without exception adhered to. To ensure that guests receive at all times through effective communication, with all departments the highest level of guest care. Ensure all cost are kept in line with the Kitchen budgets agreed by the company. £15 Per Hour
Duties and Responsibilities
5. To assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef to set standards in conjunction with the Team and maintain these standards through training and promotion of training in all areas.
6. Ensure good communication throughout Kitchen department at all times.
