We're currently recruiting a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to help ensure the smooth running of operations and deliver the best guest experience possible. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will maintain high standards of quality work. This role involves variable shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests
- Taking orders and providing recommendations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensuring accurate preparation and quality
- Handling orders from customers and servers
- Delivering food and drinks efficiently
- Managing cash and credit transactions
- Managing tabs and record-keeping
