We're currently recruiting a dedicated Conference & Events Coordinator at Eastwood Hall (The Venues Collection) on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Conference & Events Coordinator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Shift patterns will be variable. Eastwood Hall offers spaces for leisure, weddings, celebrations, conferences, and meetings, providing an informal atmosphere for guests to be themselves. Part of The Venues Collection, a division of Levy UK + Ireland.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Meet with clients to discuss their vision and preferences
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of planning, including contract negotiation and budget management
  • Create and maintain detailed timelines and checklists to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Communicate with clients to keep them informed and comfortable with plans
  • Handle unexpected issues or emergencies during planning
  • Manage bookings and coordinate information for operational handover
  • Provide high-level customer care, handling enquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure smooth operation of the sales office by delivering professional sales service
  • Be proactive in researching companies and handling high volumes of enquiries
  • Be flexible and dedicated to all types of sales enquiries
  • Opera S+C experience is preferred but not essential
