We’re looking for a dynamic Wedding and Events Sales Managerto join our dedicated team at our stunning Milling Barn venue. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, Milling Barn is a sought-after destination for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Being the enthusiastic first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their vision and needs.
• Conducting engaging show rounds of our beautiful facilities, showcasing the unique charm and versatility of Milling Barn.
• Creating compelling and tailored proposals, confidently negotiating and closing sales.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable planning process.
• Working collaboratively with our operations and events teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
