We are currently looking for a Night Receptionist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities- Welcoming guests, providing information and assistance, and ensuring their safety throughout the night.
- Guaranteeing the continuity of Front Office operations while carrying out the administrative and accounting procedures required for the daily night audit.
- Sound understanding of guest reception and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Good command of Microsoft Office and standard office applications.
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with fire safety and emergency evacuation regulations.
- French language skills would be highly appreciated.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and guest requests simultaneously.
- Remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
