MoD - Radio Systems Engineer.
Major Provider of Radio Communication Systems.
Salary £50-60K Basic + Car/Car Allowance + Benefits.
Covering mainly South UK.
The Company
Being a major communications provider, specialising in the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of wireless voice and data networks. Our client has one of the largest dedicated radio engineering team in the UK. Each of their staff member is trained to the highest standard and provided with the latest DMR and Tetra test sets to ensure even the latest equipment can be repaired to component level. With continued expansion they are now seeking a MoD Systems Radio Engineer to join this thriving business.
The Role
You will be working within the dedicated special projects engineering team and be personally responsible for providing bespoke technical solutions for the MoD on all Radio Engineering.
Role Includes:
- Design and build of bespoke technical solutions in line with MoD requirements.
- Provide Technical assurance to MoD contacts.
- Preparation CODEPLUGS/FLEET Plans for MoD requirements.
- Installation, Troubleshooting and maintenance of telecommunication equipments from different vendor but primarily Motorola Solutions. xgikmsk
