The Company is seeking a two-way radio bench engineer in their engineering department at their Headquarter in North West London. They are the UK's leading independent communications suppliers, specialising in the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of wireless voice and data networks. The client has the largest dedicated radio engineering team in the UK, with staff trained by every leading manufacturer to the highest standard and equipped with the latest DMR and Tetra test sets for component-level repairs.
The Individual Role Includes:
- Troubleshooting & repair of high-end radio products down to the component level (including portables, mobiles and repeaters)
- Having a good hand for soldering and identifying electronic components
- Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and service schedules to repair customer products
- Extensive troubleshooting to the component level for both analogue and digital systems
